Take a nice deep breath
Looking at the area that feels most stressful to you e.g money/relationships etc
- What’s your biggest challenge in this area? What’s the struggle? See yourself on a move screen experiencing this challenge – what do you see, hear, what are you saying/ feeling?
- If I waved a magic wand what would you like your life to be like in this area? Paint a picture. What do you look like? What are you hearing around you? What are you saying to yourself? And what does it feel like to have made it through this challenge?
- What do you think you need and would help you most to get through this challenge or situation?
- What’s your next step? What small action can you take to help you resolve the situation?
